We are happy to announce the arrival of our new yoga studio to Conway, Arkansas. We offer an eclectic style of yoga and meditation. Monday and Wednesday evenings we have a Gentle Yoga, which is a slow-paced, multi-level class. Tuesday and Thursday nights are Vinyasa yoga, which is a more vigorous style of yoga that requires some familiarity with the postures (asanas) for folks who have attended 5 or more hatha classes or have previous yoga experience. Doors open 15 minutes before class times. Our studio is located at 1125 Oak Street, Suite 305, in downtown Conway, AR.

How to Sign Up for Class:
We use an online booking system so you can reserve your spot for class and submit payment.
1) Click here to create an online account by clicking Sign Up! in the upper righthand corner or call 499-2271
2) Click on the Sign Up Here button next to the class you want to take on the schedule: here . If you want to reserve the spot and pay at the studio by cash or check (or you have a coupon to redeem), in the right-hand section under "Make a Recurring Reservation" select your class then click on "Register as Unpaid."
3) If you want to pay online, choose your payment option and pay by credit card.
4) Come to class! :)
What You Need to Know About Coming to Class:
- Doors open 15 minutes before class. Please feel free to come then to change into your yoga clothes, and get ready.
- Try to snack no later than an hour or have a large meal no sooner than 2-3 hours before class. Also try to hydrate well throughout the day, and avoid drinking a lot of water right before class. Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach.
- Keep an open mind and relax.
