Conway Yoga is located in downtown Conway, Arkansas, on the third floor of the Halter Building on Oak Street (above Michelangelo's restaurant). We offer hatha yoga and meditation. We have a wide variety of classes to meet your needs. If you want a slow-paced class try our Gentle Yoga. Are you looking for stress reduction? Then Wednesday night's Super Gentle Yoga is for you! Tuesday and Thursday nights are Vinyasa yoga, which is a more vigorous style of yoga that requires some familiarity with the postures (asanas). If you would like to try Vinyasa, but want to work your way in slowly, try the Vinyasa Prep class on Thursday nights. Feel free to call or email with any questions you may have about which class is for you.

Doors open 10 minutes before class times. Our studio is located at 1125 Oak Street, Suite 305, in downtown Conway, AR. Take the elevator to the third floor. From the elevator walk straight ahead and our suite is on the right.

6:45-7:45 pm Multi-level Hatha

Tuesday:

12:05-1:00 pm Lunchtime Yoga (Multi-level Vinyasa)
5:30-6:30 pm Vinyasa Yoga (Multi-level with Tina)
6:45-7:45 pm Beginners

Wednesday:

5:30-6:30 pm Super Gentle Yoga (Multi-level)

Thursday:

12:05-1:00 pm Lunchtime Yoga (Multi-level Vinyasa)
5:30-6:30 pm Slow Vinyasa Yoga (Multi-level)

Saturday:

8:30-9:45 Vinyasa with Tina (April 21-May 26)

What You Need to Know About Coming to Class:

  • Doors open 10 minutes before class. Please feel free to come then to change into your yoga clothes, and get ready.
  • Try to snack no later than an hour or have a large meal no sooner than 2-3 hours before class. Also try to hydrate well throughout the day, and avoid drinking a lot of water right before class. Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach.
  • Keep an open mind and relax

How to Sign Up for Class:

We use an online booking system so you can reserve your spot for class and submit payment.

1) Click here to create an online account by clicking Sign Up! in the upper righthand corner or call 499-2271

2) Click on the Sign Up Here button next to the class you want to take on the schedule: here . If you want to reserve the spot and pay at the studio by cash or check (or you have a coupon to redeem), in the right-hand section under "Make a Recurring Reservation" select your class then click on "Register as Unpaid."

3) If you want to pay online, choose your payment option and pay by credit card.

4) Come to class! :)
