Classes:
Monday 5:15-6:15 pm Gentle Yoga (Multi-level) This is a multi-level hatha yoga class. We will focus on the basic asanas (postures) while becoming ever more aware of our breath. Each class ends with deep relaxation and rest.
Monday 6:30-7:30 pm This is a multi-level hatha yoga class. We will focus on the basic asanas (postures) while becoming ever more aware of our breath. Each class ends with deep relaxation and rest. (Please note January 16th-February 20th is the Beginner Series, but you are welcomed to drop in.)
Tuesday 5:15-6:15 pm Vinyasa Vinyasa yoga refers to a flowing style of yoga. This class is best suited for practitioners who are familiar with the beginning asanas.
Tuesday, Thursday 12:05-12:50 pm Lunchtime Yoga This is a multi-level hatha yoga class. We will focus on getting a well-rounded practice in 45 mintues.
Wednesday 5:15-6:15 pm Gentle Yoga (Multi-level) This is a multi-level hatha yoga class. We will focus on the basic asanas (postures) while becoming ever more aware of our breath. Each class ends with deep relaxation and rest.
Thursday Mid-Morning Yoga 10:00-11:00 am This is a multi-level hatha yoga class. We will focus on the basic asanas (postures) while becoming ever more aware of our breath. Each class ends with deep relaxation and rest.
Thursday 5:15-6:15 pm Slow Vinyasa This Vinyasa class will be less strenuous flow yoga for folks who have attended 5 or more hatha classes or have previous yoga experience. We will focus on deepening our poses.
Doors open 15 minutes before class starts.

What You Need to Know About Coming to Class:
- Doors open at 5:00 pm. Please feel free to come then to change into your yoga clothes, and get ready for class.
- We have a limited number of spots and yoga mats. Please be sure to let me know you are coming (by clicking here to register online) so I can have a mat ready for you!
- Please bring your own mat, block and strap if you have them.
- Try to snack no later than an hour before class and to have a large meal 2-3 hours before class. Also try to hydrate well throughout the day, and avoid drinking a lot of water right before class. Yoga is best done on an empty stomach.
- Keep an open mind and relax.
Where:
We are located in Suite 305 of the Halter Building in downtown Conway. To find us, come in the front door of 1125 Oak Street and take the elevator to the third floor. From the elevator walk straight ahead and our suite is on the right.
